Our team is here to help you during what can be a stressful time, we will liaise with the Insurer on your behalf to ensure that your claim is settled promptly and fairly.
We do not have a call centre just real people.
How to make a claim
- Download and complete the relevant claim form from the list below
- Send completed claim forms to claims@trevorsutcliffe.co.nz plus any supporting information such as Police Complaint Acknowledgement Form, damage report, quote to repair or replace
- A loss adjuster may be appointed to assist with your claim
- Once your claim has been accepted by your insurer, the repairs or replacement will be authorised
What you can do to help
- Download and complete the relevant claim form from the list below
- Take all practical steps to prevent further loss or damage
- Photograph any damage and, if you can, keep any damaged items
- Contact the Police to report a burglary/theft or other crime-related event
For general insurance claims
- Advise us of any loss or damage as soon as practicable.
- Obtain a written assessment of the likely cause of the damage, including a quote to repair, or
- Obtain a damage report testifying the item is nor repairable, including a quote to replace.
For motor vehicle claims
- Obtain the name, address and vehicle registration number of any other vehicle involved.
- If the vehicle can be driven safely, please take it to your preferred repairer, who will take photos of the damage and estimate the repair costs.
